SPEC SAVERS SERVICE PATHETIC
IT ALL STARTED ON THE 7TH FEB WHEN I WENT FOR MY EYE TEST. Because i don't have glasses, I had my contacts in in order to drive there. When asking to assist me with solution and a holder, I was told I had to purchase a new bottle as they don\t keep spares for emergencies. the Actual eye test took 5min exactly

Spec-Savers turn around time for spectacle manufacturing is 7 - 14 working days, depending on your script.
Lenses that are ordered locally takes 5 - 7 working days and overseas jobs takes 7 - 14 working days. We also order our contact lenses straight from our suppliers.
This is in an effort to allow for any mistakes that may occur at the lab resulting in them having to restart the job creating a delay and not to under deliver and over promise.
We appreciate the time you have taken in bringing the matter to our attention and we truly apologise for any inconvenience caused.
