Spec-Savers selling sub standard frames

After a decade of wearing glasses I got the worst frame ever from Spec Savers.

I bought a Tiffany frame and a few months late I start noticing that I was getting very bad sores at my temples, that eventually split and started bleeding. I figured out that it was being caused by my glasses after seeing that the frame in those areas had now turned green. I went to spec savers and they told me I was reacting to the lead, which had never happened to me before. They then said that they could cover the frame with plastic, which would mean that it wouldn't touch my skin directly. I had to pay for this myself. Even though they sold me a frame that barely seems to have any outer coating. The lady told no it happens to me just use some ointment the scars will go away....

I got the frame covered in plastic, but a few weeks later my skin has started to split apart again. And now it is also happening at the bridge of my nose where they don't seem to have covered it in plastic at all.

In all my years of wearing glasses I have never had a frame that had an outer coating that comes off as if I've bought some cheap watch. And now I have 3 permanent marks on my skin.
