Spec-Savers Secunda Mall

Terrible service from Spec-Savers Secunda Mall,

Went in for a appointment 26 of Jan 2024 got a call on the 3rd of Feb to day I can collect it, it was not ready for collection. Got another call on the 5th to collect which is great, but my sunglasses were not ready yet, they said that I will get it during the week. On the 8th my wife went to pick up her specticals and sunglasses whereby the stated that my sunglasses will be the on the 9th. The afternoon of the 8th I received a call to say that I will only be getting my sunglasses the following week as the incorrect lenses were fitted to my frame.

They stated that he will receive his sunglasses the following week which was last week with no success.

Last week Friday my wife contacted the store to find out what is going on, the lady said she will find out and let her know.

She phoned her back stating that it will be here during this week, the same afternoon a different lady contacted my husband to say that it will be here by Tuesday (Today).

Yesterday I phoned the store just to confirm if everything is still on track so that he can collect it today. Once again they said that it will only be there by Thursday.

After I sent an email again the store contacted me to say that they will send my frame and lenses to Evander to get it fitted, less than an hour ago I got a call to say that I can collect my sunglasses.

Went to pick it up just to get treated with disrespect.

In future my wife and I will travel to a different town to get things done.
