Spec savers Secunda mall

<p>I recently ordered some light blue contact lenses from spec savers Secunda after which I recieved them in a concealed box. I opened them only to find that I was sold the wrong color, I explained to the lady from which I had ordered it that it was the wrong color, she spoke to the optometrist who was by the way hiding in her office not doing much, after their discussion she explained that they cant exchange it since I had opened the box. Now if you wear contact lenses you will know that most colored boxes don't show the color on the outside of the box so I obviously had to open the box, I never opened the lense holders themeselves. So I was just told sorry they cannot help me although the mistake was on their part,the reason I can say this is, the optemetrist stated clearly to me about a month before that that the light blue lenses are not very realistic although it is the ones I like. on ordering the second batch suddenly the unrealistic lenses were now the dark blue ones?</p>
