Spec-savers Rosebank Mall bad service
I previously took my glasses in for repairs at Spec-savers Rosebank Mall mid January 2023.
I have being calling them for the past three months and every-time it’s the same story your delivery is coming today. I am making an appeal to Spec-saver SA that if I do not get my glasses by close of business today 23/03/2023 I want money to the value of my glasses. It takes 14 days to manufacture and it’s taking me 3 months to get my glasses from repairsI am not satisfied with the service that I am getting from Spec-savers Rosebank Mall.
