Spec-Savers Rosebank "After Sales" Support is disappointing.
I did eye test to renew my spectacles with Spec-Savers in Rosebank, during the test I was advised to get multi focal. I didn't know what that is, and the cost of my glasses were too high as compared to other years, I paid a certain amount from my pocket so that I don't exhaust all the savings on my medical aid. I got my glasses and I was not happy and not even enjoying them because of the blur things I saw on the corners of my glasses, my eyes turned red, and I got headaches, I decided to go back and check if they can change them and I was told that when I turn my head I have to follow my nose and I was asked to give it few weeks to adapt. It did not get any better, so I went back again, and they booked me an appointment, and I had to wait for 2 weeks to a specialist.
I saw a guy by the name of Shaun and this gentleman told me that 30 days of changing and getting better glasses had lapsed, which I was not told about in the beginning when I complaint in the first week I got glasses, I tried to explain that the cost was too high and I cannot afford to pay for another set of glasses. he was so rude with no empathy at all, and he kept on telling me he has got nothing to do with the cost or money that I had paid or going to pay for new glasses, he went on and on and I silently stood up and just walk out his office and left the shop.
I am disappointed with their "after sales" support. :(
