Spec Savers Promenade is useless

SICK is an understatement, so sick of the level of incompetence at this branch. My daughter has been struggling with school work since 3rd March, when we went to get a new pair for her at this branch. I hate that I opted for such an inactive group of "professionals" TOPPING that off, I've done two follow ups. No one cared to contact me. Today they tell me that the claim was submitted incorrectly to my medical aid and the GLASSES HAVEN'T BEEN MADE yet, previous correspondence the agent at the branch **** and said, there was a defect and had to send glasses back to the lab. WHAT ABOUT YOUR INTEGRITY SPEC-SAVERS???? please, MANAGERS DO YOUR JOBS, Look the call recordings up. I need the truth. Could have easily gone elsewhere!
