Spec Savers Pavilion terrible service!

Spec savers Pavillion by far the worst to deal with.

I recently had a new pair of spectacles done which I had a co payment of almost R3000 to settle and still was not advised on the importance of an anti glare coating, which I have had previously and peeled so badly that I could not use my spectacles any longer. Everything was processed and I got my spectacles, I then called them back and said if I could add it I would like to....yes at another cost(R690) due by me which I had to pay upfront before anything was even done. It's been almost 4 weeks and besides the calls I have made to them no one has given me any feedback on when I would be able to get the lenses in and be able to wear my glasses....while al this is happening I have been wearing contact lenses which they gave me because my job does not allow me to wear specatacles,a trial pair which is long expire(past it's 30 days use). This is because the new pack of contact lenses I ordered was not actually ordered last week again I called on Monday to follow up....was told I would get called back and till today nothing....I called and was given attitude by Natasha who claims I was rude to her before...lie from the pit of hell!

I was indeed rude today as I have had enough of their incompetence. What ever happend to customer service????
