Spec-Savers Parkview

Spec-Savers Parkview. Honestly shocking service. I ordered new contact lenses 2 weeks ago. I told the lady that the one I am currently wearing is bothering me, so if they could assist me asap, it would be appreciated. I phone and follow up 2 weeks later and I am told that there is NOTHING on their system with regards to a new order. So now I am still waiting and will probably wait for another 2 to 3 weeks for my new contact lenses. Completely unacceptable.
