Spec Savers Paarl Mall. Pathetic service

I made an appointment for my daughters eyes to be tested.. They currently have a but two 4 one special going on thus i requested to to the glasses via the medical aid and not free.

I paid 1k extra for the frame thinking everything was done and the rest was paid for via the medical aid.

When I picked up her glasses I noted that I didnt get the buy two 4 one deal and i asked the assistant at the till about it.

They advised that they did not do it through the medical aid and my daughter now does not qualify for the deal.

This is ridiculous as they've made copies of the medial aid card etc only to not use it??? This is how they blind eye they customers. Advertising a deal but not offering it to guest.
