Spec savers Olivedale - absolutely the worst service

Good day. I had made a turn to Spec savers Olivedale, they had me do a eye test in roughly December 2020, I ordered a box of tested contact lenses , I was told it would be in a few weeks time, so I called them a few months later still no communication from their side, so I had called in again a few times, they mentioned to me it still haven’t arrived over 8 months after my test. So I have calling in to check up and the lady mentioned maybe it has come in and maybe it was sent back and that was in 2021 late December over a year later. So now it’s 2022 and I again made numerous calls awaiting my initial order so now it has been two years since and surprisingly I get a call from them stating my eye test is due, so I told the lady I’m still waiting for my lenses since 2020 and you guys want me to come for another eye test . Communication and service is absolutely disgusting and I have made a visit to them during this year and still no feedback…
