Spec Savers Offers Worst

<p>Its all about marketing. Give a great special and draw customers in. Unfortunately the terrible service seems to be the small print.</p> <p> </p> <p>I went to get my glasses at Spec Savers Rustenburg Square. I chose a frame and left. </p> <p> </p> <p>I waited two weeks with no sign of my glasses. I called the store and they promised to get them to me by the next day. Next day I get a calll that theres a problem with the frame. It keeps breaking. So i got told i would need to wait another week.</p> <p> </p> <p>A week passed and i got called to say my glasses are ready. I went to the store. My glasses were opened to be checked and they broke in the ladies hand. Ridiculous to wait so long for this to happen again. </p> <p> </p> <p>I then had to pick a new frame. After finding one i get called a day later saying the lenses wont fit. So i chose another and theg needed to cut new lenses anyway. </p> <p> </p> <p>I waited another week and a few days. Got called to fetch my glasses.. I went and got told what i needed to pay. I paid the amount anf finally got my glasses. </p> <p> </p> <p>I now got a message to say i need to pay more in for my frame. I am very sorry but Spec askeds can charge *********** staff for that amount.. I clearly asked what i still needed to pay and I was told i paid the full amount. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have never been given such pathetic service. If you pay for something and get it, dont call a customer and say you did not invoice any changes. </p> <p> </p> <p>Customer service at its worst.</p>
