Spec Savers not flexible and not keen to really help!!

Sadly, you have failed to even attempt to resolve the issue I highlighted in a previous post. When I requested to speak to a member of senior management, I was advised that this would not be possible, and their rules or policies would not be flexible even though it posed no threat or loss to the business! I know where to take my business to next time.
