Spec Savers - Menlyn SA - Reversal of amount claimed

I am not happy with the service i received from Spec Savers. We visited your Menlyn branch last year, did the eye test and all and quotation was drafted nearly to 3500 for two persons. When i queried it and advice that they must work into Discovery keycare budget it came down. Now i have to choose other frames etc. Not happy. This is *****, because how can it suddenly goes down to 800 for two peopIe. Want Spec Savers to reverse their amount they claimed from the medical aid so that i can go somewhere else,but they refused. Please assist.
