Spec Savers Mall@Reds truly frustrating

It has been a frustrating experience dealing with Spec Savers at Mall@Reds. I was promised a trial pair of multi focal contact lenses after my eye test, despite my constant follow up and 10 weeks later, they only received the trial for one eye. Having visited the store several times with no action and just excuses, I was finally given a new brand pair of trials. Once I tried these and they worked, I asked that they order me a set of lenses. Now per the follow up, it will take another 6 to 8 weeks for this to happen. The young lady that assists or barely does, it rude and disrespectful, every answer is, it the service provider issues" with the condescending "mam" at every sentence. My point is I am the customer, I paid you Spec Savers so stop giving me excuses and come up with solutions. The franchisor for this store is Tiaan (not sure of the surname). Have asked that he calls me back, heard absolutely nothing from him.
