Spec-savers Loch logan Waterfront BFN branch

I went to the branch to get assistance regarding glasses for my daughter. The initial lady that I spoke to seemed anmoyed. She checked the script and asked me to sit down. Thankfully another lady came in, asked if I had been assisted and the first lady proceeded to say no. The second lady came up to me, I showed her the script and she went to the back to ask the optometrist if he could help. She came back a few minutes later and told me that the optometrist could not help me but another branch in the area could. When we arrived at the other branch and told them what we had been told, the people there seemed surprised as this is a service that is offered across all branches. I am appreciative of that second lady who came to assist me but as for the first one and the optometrist, if I could rate them a zero I would.
