Spec-Saver's laboratory SUCKS!

I got good service from the personnel at Spec-Savers, Whale Coast Mall in Herm**** - otherwise I would have rated Spec-Savers as 1 star. The service from their laboratory STINKS!!! I went for an eye test on 11/12/2019, so as to avail myself of their "Buy 1, get 1 free" special. The 1 set of glasses had to be sent back to their laboratory as they were wrong. I eventually received both sets on 06/01/2020 and the one set had to be sent back to the laboratory again as it was wrong... Eventually I was notified on 27/01/2020 that I can collect them. So, due to the laboratory's incompetence I will have to cope without glasses for 2 months, as I had informed Spec-Savers that I was leaving to fulfill contractual obligations on 20/01/2020.
