SPEC-SAVERS, KRAAIFONTEIN, WALKING THE EXTRA MILE

I was very impressed with the service my sons and I received from Vanessa Peters at Spec-Savers, Medicross, Kraaifontein. After I received my specs, I could not read the sign boards on the highway at night. I could see better with my five year old specs. I went back to her, she re-tested my eyes, with the same results as her original test. I totally agreed with her test and had no issue with it. She sent the old specs and new ones to the lab for testing. She later informed me that the lab advised that there was a 0,25 difference between the old and new specs, both bifocals. I agreed that the script be changed to the old specs' script. I collected the new specs today, took it for a "test drive" tonight, and as the song goes,"...I can see clearly now..." Thank you Ms Peters for your professionalism, care, advice and patience. Thank you for walking the extra mile with your customer.
