Spec-Savers KOLONNADE poor service

<p>Good day. I'm very disappointed in Spec-Savers KOLONNADE. I took my son for test and Eugene suggest that he must get glasses. I in formed him that my son play rugby an that he must assist with contact lenses. He told us that he will order it together with the glasses. After a week and a half they phoned him and told me that the glasses arrived. On my arrival we received the glasses but they didn't order the contact lenses. We ask them to please place an order. Week passed and the frame of the glasses broke so we hade to go back. Again we ask for the lense but know one could find the lenses. Last Friday we had to fetch the glasses that Spec-Savers fixed but couldn't make it. I had to take afternoon leave from work but now they are to buzzy to assist. Is this the service Spec-Savers KOLONNADE offer their customers?</p>
