Spec-Savers Knowles Spar Pinetown ghosted me when I made an appointment
I am really disappointed with the service I received from spec savers pinetown (knowles) I have set an appointment which I have done online it was for sunday 17 may 2020 at 14:00pm, when I arrived at the store it was closed( I have proof on my email of this appointment). Now that it is lockdown I had to drive like 15 km from home only to realise that the store was closed , this was such an inconvenience to me and aside from that I have to travel and leave my house for no reason now that the test could not be done.
I am a customer with spec savers for like more than 10 years now and I feel very upset with what happened to me.
