Spec-Savers Keywest krugersdorp

My experience with this branch is extremely disgusting. I ordered my glasses on 1 Dec. I was told that it will take 7 working days to be ready. Is is now the 10th working day. I have to keep calling to get answers and the staff that promises of call you back never does so. I have explained my situation to them as I am leaving for holiday tonight. Every time I call they spin a different story. This is extremely unprofessional and I will not use spec-savers ever again and will discourage spec-savers to all I know.
