Spec-Savers Kempton Park Audiology, will not see me again.

First they charge me 24000.00 for reading glasses which I need when working on the computer and then claim it is because of the lenses, why? My eyesight do not validate that with a hefty patient portion. When I disputed the amount they came back with an amount of 10000.00. Send me the qoute showing (and I have the proof) that the medical will cover the amount, patient portion R0.00. When I go and collect I am told that was a qoute and not the final invoice, I have to pay in R2153.24. Surely..... You confirm with medical first, then send the client the final totals stating what the Patient portion is.
