Spec Savers is ridiculously priced!

I am very disappointed in Spec Savers and feel that you guys are dishonest. I decided to give your branch in Cradle Stone Mall (Krugersdorp) a chance as it was within my area and closer than Golden Vision. <br> <br> I only needed sunglasses and when the receptionist asked if I would be interested in polarised lenses since they are on special for R200.00 instead of R800.00, my response was YES! However, when she told me I should pay R2995.20 in total, I was both shocked and too embarrassed to ask why this is so expensive when my frame was only R890.00?!! After paying I asked the lady to please provide me with a receipt so that I can have a look at it. Basically what was quoted R400.00, I paid R1245.00 for. This is insane as my spectacles/sunglasses from Golden Vision were NEVER more than R2000.00 including the eye test. <br> <br> I called Cradle Stone Mall Spec Savers yesterday to inquire why I was over charged. The receptionist apologised and said, their Branch Manager, Nina, said they would gladly offer a refund but since I already paid they will not be able to assist me. This is how you guys treat customers?! I am so disgusted with you guys that I can't get myself to collect my sunglasses.
