Spec-savers Hemmingways - East London - POOR SERVICE

Spec-Savers Hemmingways branch in East London has the absolute worst service! My mother has waited for 2 months for her contact lenses with NO communication. Only after I called them did they put in her order and now 2 weeks later from then they are now telling her the supplier is going to take another 4 to 6 WEEKS!!! I don't know what she's expected to do in the meantime as she is dependent on those contact lenses to see. It is clearly going to be a LONG two years with them. I regret recommending them to my mother so much!
