Spec-Savers - Happy Client!!!

Spec-Savers, Kuilsriver supp**** me with new specs last year. I had problems with the frames, sent a mail to Spec-Savers, and within days i was telephonically contacted by a lady named Heike, who told me they would replace my frame, free of charge, and she said this with heartfelt regret that i had received a product that was not up the Spec-Savers quality and name. I am most grateful to them for the kindness shown me, and professional way in which they handled my query. I have been a client of theirs for many years, this is the first time I had any issues, and I know I will not easily chance this supplier. Grateful and satisfied Client!!
