Spec Savers Garden Route Mall SUCKS!!!!

Spec Savers Garden Route Mall is pathetic to say the least.

So on 7 December me and my fiance goes to Spec Savers in Garden Route mall for her eye test to get new glasses. Every one was friendly, so I can not complain about that, but the lack of competence is an issue. When she finished her test she obviously picked out her frames , when it came to paying I obviously wanted to pay with card. The lady said "sorry sir the card machines is not working". I said no worries , I will just pay cash. I took out the cash to pay her and she stopped me telling me that I may not pay with cash and that I must rather do an eft. While I was standing infront of her I did the payment (On 7 December 2024 10;25am) with the reference she gives me and I sent proof of payment while I was standing infront of her. Fast forward a week later, My fiance calls and ask about het glasses as she is getting severe head aches. She get's told that the glasses was not ordered as I never paid and that they will not order the glasses untill the payment reflects in their account. I called immediate bull**** as I did the payment in front of them on 7 December. We get told that they are very sorry and they see that the payment was done on 7 December and that is was reflecting the whole time and that we will have the glasses by 21 December delivered to our door at the premises we are having our holiday at. Fast forward till today, we have NO glasses and they just do not care about customer service!!!! I get told that they will call me back and it never happens. They just do not care. Now I have been going to Spec savers since I was a child as well as my fiance. I will rather go to a shop that cares more about customer service and pay cash that dealing with idiots like that. I know you won't even care about a little fish like me that is only spending R20-R30k every 2 years at your shops , so my next phone call and email will be to the NCC.
