SPEC SAVERS FALSE ADVERTISING

Spec Savers have a deal that is running. R1500 off your frame or Lens enhancement. #WIN

My 17 year old son was taken in for an eye test and had bought the frame from specsavers 2 years prior and did not like anything on the shelf, so I asked them to rather use the R1500 to enhance the lens instead of a new frame. BUT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SAYS THAT YOU NEED TO BUY A FRAME AND THEN YOU CAN GET A DISCOUNT TO DO THE LENS ENHANCEMENT.

SPEC SAVERS SHOULD CHANGE THE ADVERT TO R 1500 OFF YOUR FRAME , OR R1500 OFF YOUR LENS ENHANCEMENT PROVIDED YOU PURCHASE A FRAME.

This is really misleading to the public and has been for years. I have always changed my sons frames so didnt ever ask for the lens enhancement until this time.

NO ONE READS THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS , THIS SHOULD BE WORDED PROPERLY.

I will be changing my optometrist .
