Spec Savers Cresta Poor Customer Experience

Received poor customer service from spec savers Cresta over the weekend. Unhelpful staff members and they were not busy. We had called earlier in the week to inquire if we can come in for an eye test. Were informed we can walk in, not that an appointment was required. Wasted time coming in over the weekend. Business of R12000 was taken elsewhere. Please improve customer service. Customers should not be treated like someone giving you an appointment is a favour they are doing for you.
