Spec- savers Cornubia Mall ❌

I had been to Spec- savers today and had the worst experience ever. Cold, unfriendly staff and made it seem like they were doing me a favor. They apparently couldn’t call medical aid to confirm benefits because the call was charged for and I had to utilize my own minutes to confirm benefits. All I needed done was an eye test which came off my optical benefits and not my savings. I eventually called they Gateway branch and they were more then competent enough to assist and got everything sorted out.
