Spec-Savers Cavendish

I have received some poor service from Spec-Savers Cavendish Square in Cape Town. When I ordered my glasses I was told a week from order placement. 3 weeks later I received my glasses. I went over to the UK and discovered that one of the lenses was too small for the glasses. When I returned from the UK I returned the glasses to Spec-savers for them to sort it out. The glasses have now been there for nearly 2 weeks and I am the one who needs to call them to find out that these things have happened. there has no communication whatsoever. When requesting a call back it took 3 days for them to do so. They have made the lenses too small again and now I have to wait AGAIN. We pay lots of money to have these made. I am extremely unhappy with the service.
