Spec-Savers Carnival Mall Brakpan not giving my 20% Discount

Tested my eyes 23.1.2021 at Spec-Savers Carnival Mall Brakpan Gauteng, I am on Discovery Health Medical Aid where you get 20% Discount if you do your Glasses at Spec-Savers - Lucky for me I saw the Quote for my Glasses I asked them what about the 20% Discount - they answered that it will be deducted by Discovery - only to get my Claim from Discovery and realized that the 20% was not deducted. - I did see on my Claim that it does not say Spec- Saver but Chetty M - Sorry but this is ***** - The Medical Aid phoned Spec-Savers about this - they rep**** that they will send a email to head office to sort out - I want this matter sorted ASAP because I did my business at Spec-Savers and not at Chetty M and this money was paid out of my Medical Aid Savings.-The reason why the 20% discount was not given by Discovery was because it was not in the name of Spec-Savers.

Spec - Savers must give my 20% Discount - I wonder how many people do they catch with this.
