As per my previous review I had a bad experience at Spec Savers Canal Walk, however after having spoken to Spec Savers themselves and Henry at Canal Walk, who I had not spoken to before, all was rectified. Henry understood the situation and rectified the problem immediately. Thank you, that was great service.
