Spec-Savers Canal Walk Pathetic Service

It is very clear to me why Spec-Savers would need to run so many promotions to get clients. The service is of the poorest quality, especially Spec-Savers Canal-Walk. You contact them and the manner in which they answer does not fit any professional service provider. They then refer you to make appointments through WhatsApp service which takes them forever to answer, then to get notified that they are busy and will contact shortly. It's now been 9 days since I've received any response. It's shocking that they a designated service provider for medical aids. Pathetic service.
