Spec Savers Blue Route Mall

I am very impressed with the service I received from Spec Savers in Blue Route Mall the 24th February 2020. The arm of my specs had broken the previous day, and on inspecting it the woman who assisted me immediately contacted the supplier requesting a colour match replacement. The supplier could unfortunately not assist, so the assistant made an alternative plan. She replaced both arms of the frame with a suitable colour that does not clash with the rest of the frame. There were no excuses valid or otherwise/ no attempt to "fob" me off.... she found a solution and executed it professionally. Well done!
