Spec savers blue route mall

Please do not use spec savers blue route mall they are *********** useless and lazy. Contact lenses was ordered on the 4th December 2024 and I continously enquired with them until the 20th only to find out it was there and they told me book another appointment for fitment on trial lenses went to torga optical and within 3 days my contact lenses was delivered. Not even an apology the staff are rude and tell you it's our head office it's like that
