Spec savers ballito Junction is unprofessional

Most unprofessional service from the spec savers staff at the ballito Junction store. *********** staff. One staff member loudly discussed finances with an elderly couple in front of other patrons. Was treated very poorly, was sent away as I was 15 minutes early for my appointment. Then made to wait 22 minutes only then to be told in passing that there was an ill patient. That should have been told to me initially so that I have the choice to decide whether to wait or cancel the appointment, which I did. I was turned away for being early but they had no qualms to make me wait 22 minutes being exposed to a possible infection.
