SPEC-SAVERS

I went to spec-savers in Florida on the 7th Feb for eye testing so I can get my glasses only after the testing i was told they don't have stock ,I must come next Monday they will have stock since then I have called more than once and past there to check till today no delivery,the receptionist says the delivery keeps they are coming but never come...I called yesterday to check still nothing as a customer I'm disappointed I thought spec-savers was one of the best in SA....Lodged a complaint with them and the feedback was someone will call me,no call received from them...a whole month waiting just to get assistance..
