Spec savers

My mom went to get glasses which she asked to have a pair made the once my mom got them they where bifocals and not what she asked for that was a couple of months ago they ********** my dad by over charging him and then now on Sunday I went to get my glasses made where I already went for a eye test in Pretoria when I was there spec savers gave me a quote on what the glasses will be and also added a eye test again and said that my existing eye test is not valid then I just left and went some place else my father laid a complaint by head office and they say that they are looking into today the lady at head office phoned my dad and said that they will give me a free frame for my glasses which is not the point that's not what I want these people treat you like **** and over charge and add things on the quote that most people don't understand that they don't even do but you pay for
