Spec savers

I asked when I got my glasses for no anti glare on them and yet when they arrived they had just that on I was told nothing we can do about it 2 years later this anti glare has rubbed off and I can barely see I said this will happen and predicted it to them I was told again nothing we can do about it spec savers is a bad business who don't like looking after their customers I will NEVER go there again and my whole family wears glasses and will stop supporting them also we will take out business elsewhere
