Spec Savers - 1 month to make new glasses???

I took my daughter for a test on the 27 December @ Spec Savers Harvest Place. Its almost been a month later and I have still not received her glasses.

When tracking this is says "Being Processed", it cant take a month to make the glasses?

I have never waited so long at any other spec savers???
