Spec Saver (Tygervalley Mall) - Cold and Unfriendly Optician

I had an appointment at the Spec Savers Branch in Tygervalley Mall, it was the coldest experience ever. My appointment was made by the kind lady Spec Savers Durbanville for 15h00 at Spec Savers Tyger valley Mall . An hour before my appointment I was informed by SMS that my appointment is rescheduled for 15h30. The atmosphere in this branch was really not conducive to customer centricity ( to the point that you actually feel unwelcome). The only reason for me visiting Spec Savers Tygervalley Mall was because Spec Savers in Durbanville (De Ville Centre) did not have an Optician ****il Monday 04th Jan-21). and for this reason, was referred to Spec Savers Tygervalley Mall. The Optician at Tygervalley was cold and unfriendly ( almost to the point that it felt as if she was doing me a favour by doing my optical assessment), is this the way that a Spec Savers Customer is meant to be treated . ( I do not even know her name because there was no introduction, her first interaction with me was, Mr ****** please come with me no formal introduction, did not even know who she was , when taken into the consulting room, it was even colder, with her instructing me to whatever she wanted me to do). Irrespective of what this Woman’s (Optician) agenda was, it was not acceptable for her to treat any Spec Saver Customer or any person for that matter with such disrespect. I only hope this complaint will taken in a serious light, it is unacceptable that we still have individuals and professional such as this that treat people with so much disrespect for whatever reason they may have?
