Spec-Saver- Phoenix Plaza Branch

<p>On the 25th of August 2016 I called into your Spec-Saver Phoenix Plaza branch to make an appointment for my daughter who has been recently having an eye problem that has to be checked out by an Optometrist, when I called in to make an appointment for her, I was told that because they have a promo on for kids, they are only allowed to see 3 to 4 kids a day and the next available appointment for her would be November 2016. No where on advertising did Spec- Saver mention that only 3 or 4 kids would be booked in for a day. I then called the H/O and mentioned what happened and the lady who I chatted to had no idea what to say when I told her that Spec-Savers are increasing the deterioration my childs eye because they can only see her in November. It also does not make sense that the branch has appointments available for adults but have no space for kids. I have been going to the Phoenix Plaza branch for a while now and this is my preferred branch hence wanting to take my child there. </p> <p>The service provided was of an uncaring nature and unacceptable, I will not be taking my child to that branch and probably will not go back there myself. </p> <p> </p> <p>Ronelle</p>
