Spec saver Online service /Benoni horrible online service system

I booked online for my child’s eye test for the Benoni branch and got a confirmation via WhatsApp to check in of which I did. I drove all the way from Daveyton to Benoni for the eye test only to be told that the results Blaine booking is not showing and I showed them my booking and still they couldn’t pick it up then why do we have an option to book online only to be returned back ? I’m very disappointed at your services considering the fact that this is not the first time I make an online booking her and mind you this is not the child right to future appointment it’s a normal eye test appointment and there’s a reason why I booked the eye test at the first place..I’m really disappointed in your online system not working hand in hand with the Benoni branch system.
