Spec saver olivedale messed my eyes up

I went in for a eye test to spec savers olivedale all saints ordered my glasses with new prescription which cost just under R4000, when I received them I took my old frames to put the new prescription to have 2 pairs which those were over R1000....

Was told by spec savers it will take about 2 weeks to get use to the new lense after a few weeks my eyes felt like it was always trying to adjust, and with the other pair I couldn't see far

I went in to say they not right and they did another test, after following up to see when it will be ready I was told to come in and collect, which was even worse. the lenses were so strong that it felt like a magnifiying glass and I had a headache after trying them on.... told the Portia it's still not right

a few days I got told to come in again for another eye test, I eventually just had enough and yold them to refund me for the new glasses cause spec savers have now messed my eyes even more ( giving me the wrong priscription to begin with)

I have kept the old glasses with new lense cause else I won't be able to drive to work or even see anything

I could least wear my sunglasses before all this now I can even see if I wear them as I have to permanently wear the prescription glasses

Spec savers said they will refund me. but then I get told today I have to pay for the eye test... SERIOUSLY!!! WHY MUST I PAY FOR SOMETHING that you could not get right in the begging?
