Spec-saver🚮🚮🚮

I am so disappointed, my glasses were due for new ones so since I'm working at La Lucia I opted for Spec-savers yet many people warned me saying it's expensive but I didn't mind because it was the closest and less time consuming. Little did I know, after paying R6000 I received my two pairs. A month later the Hugo Boss sunglasses case was breaking losing shape, I then called La Lucia Spec-saver La Lucia, iyoooooooh the attitude that I received 😭😭😭the lady said they have no business with that, they don't make them, they just manufacture the product and that's it, she won't be able to assist. I was soooooo angry I went to the shop, when I got there, I told the ladies that were on duty they just laughed at me, and gave me a spec-saver case, and that was it. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
