Spec-Saver Cavendish Employee **** To Me

Very disgusted by the way that I was treated. Walked in and there were many employees standing at the front desk. They all saw me but no one came over to assist me. After 10 minutes I called one of them, but they ignored me. I then walked over to them to ask for help. I asked about my contact lenses. I've been waiting for these lenses for 2 weeks and still didn't receive them. I was supposed to get an sms but didn't get one. She didn't apologize but rather blamed someone else.

I then asked the lady if I could try on some frames, she opened up the display and then walked away from me. I called her again and asked her if the frames come in silver (the ones I looked at were gold). She **** to me and said no. I showed her a picture of the frames from spec-savers' website in SILVER. She didn't apologize about that either. Instead she said that those were the only ones they had. I asked if they could order the silver ones for me. She said NO. I have ordered frames from spec savers in the past (LIE #2). I then asked if she could check if another store has them. Her answer was NO again (Lie #3).

I have never experienced such horrible service in my life. They treated me like I was beneath them. I am ashamed to be a client of spec-savers for 10 YEARS.
