Spam spam and spam ... I don't like spam!

I have been receiving "reminders" that inform me that it has been 2 years since I last visited your Cavendish store ... I have never been to your Cavendish store - this is spam!!!

I would like to know if it is common practice to send unsolicited marketing material to customers from other stores - surely the franchisee at the store where I am a customer will not be happy to hear that their domain is not being protected by the franchise.

Either way - stop spamming or I'll take my business somewhere else.
