SpacSaver BloemPlaza_ Bad Service
Spec Saver Bloemplaza Bloemfontein. My name is Puseletso Loape...My new specs doesn't have a laptop protector light, and this was my second specs with them. My eyes are always in pain and I went for test and promised to receive another Lance but it's been two months waiting, when I call them I was told that I'll have to pay and I refused because they gave me wrong prescription, but initially they admitted their mistake and agreed to replace lances free . When I call them they promise to call me back and never did. I've decided to put those wrong specs away from my eyes. I'm prepared to take a legal step against this company

It is with a great regret to inform you that the replacement specs I've received has never produced any good results for my eyes. My eyes are always in pains, this is a huge loss to me, I have decided to seek help from other optometrists.
And this was my second order with spec-saver, the first order was done at Maluti Cresent Mall in Qwaqwa, and never experienced any problems.
I feel ****med by this Bloem-Plaza Spec-Saver, and I am tired of fighting this battle.
