Some branches are better than others.
I have just received the best service from Spec-Savers in Shop 10 Pick 'N Pay Centre, Shop 10, Graaff-Reinet Road,. I have been phoning different branches trying to make an appointment for an eye test and i must say it was not the most amazing experience, some branches promised to phone me back, and they never did, one made me go all the way there only to tell me they dont have what i was looking for. I phoned this branch in Uitenhage they told me they are fully booked but will phone me back should they have a cancelation, needless to say i did not have much faith in that. To my surprise they phoned me back and we made an appointment. From the minute walked in to the very last part of my appointment, the service was AMAZING. Greame my Optometrist was AWESOME, the front desk staff was just as AWESOME. It was just an amazing experience.
