Simple, Hassle free and effecient service

Thank you to the Spec Savers team in Mall of the South for the excellent service. On 1 July I took my daughter to the store for an eye test. They gave us expert advise on what the problem was with my daughters left eye. We paid, had the lenses ordered and they arrived in less than a week. On the day of collection, we were in and out of the store within 5 minutes. My daughter loves her glasses and it has improved her vision. This is what customer service should be like. Simple, hassle free and less time consuming and communication for business and consumer to understand each other. Thank you Mall of the South team.
